The order filed in the above-entitled matter on January 11, 2024, is amended to read as follows: Upon application of Deputy Attorney General Donald W. Ostertag, an extension of time in which to serve and file respondent's third supplemental respondent's brief is granted to February 6, 2024. Appellant's supplemental reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed within two weeks after the filing of respondent's brief.
