An order of this Court having been entered on December 10, 2019 (M-8206), inter alia, granting defendant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about April 08, 2019, under Indictment Nos. 4316/17 and 4363/17, and assigning counsel therefor, And defendant-appellant having moved for an order amending his notice of appeal and this Court's December 10, 2019 order of assignment to include Indictment No. 3589/17, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of amending defendant's notice of appeal and the order of assignment to include Indictment No. 3589/17 and extending the poor person relief previously granted to cover same.
