Transferred to Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Seven, after hold

Attorney Mark D. Lenenberg’s “Motion to Withdraw as Attorney of Record for Appellant Fred Wilson,” filed on September 20, 2022, is granted.

The California Appellate Project’s request “to vacate the appointment of panel attorney Mark D. Lenenberg, and to appoint California Appellate Project, Los Angeles,” filed on October 5, 2022, is granted.

The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Seven, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of People v. Strong(2022) 13 Cal.5th 698 and People v. Lewis(2021) 11 Cal.5th 952. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)
