MOTION DECISION

An appeal having been taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about July 31, 2015, and an order of this Court having been entered on October 12, 2017 (M-2864) granting defendant poor person relief and assigning Richard M. Weinstein, Esq., as counsel to prosecute the appeal, And a decision and order of this Court having been entered on January 27, 2022 modifying the aforesaid judgment, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, to the extent of reducing the sentence to 15 years, and otherwise affirming same (Appeal No. 15151), Now, upon the Court's own motion, It is ordered that Richard W. Weinstein, Esq. be and the same is hereby relieved as assigned counsel for defendant and pursuant to Section 722 of the County Law, Simone Petromelis, Esq., 30 Wall Street, 8th Floor, New York, NY. 10005, Telephone Number 917-589-5926, is substituted as such counsel. The poor person relief previously granted is continued.
