PEOPLE v. WILSON
The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Three, with directions to vacate its decision and to reconsider the cause in light of the decision in People v. Stamps (2020) 9 Cal.5th 685, 264 Cal.Rptr.3d 769, 467 P.3d 168. ( Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 8.528(d).) This order is without prejudice to any relief to which petitioner might be entitled after this court decides People v. Kopp, S257844.
