Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken from the orders of Onondaga County Court, dated February 17, 2012 and November 25, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Bradley E. Keem, Esq. sworn to July 10, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 10, 2017 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date July 10, 2017 and inserting in place thereof the date November 21, 2017.
