Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the orders of Onondaga County Court, dated February 17, 2012 and November 25, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Bradley E. Keem, Esq. sworn to September 2, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals from the orders dated February 17, 2012 and November 25, 2014 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
