THE COURT:

The unpublished opinion filed on February 7, 2012, is hereby modified as follows:

In the last paragraph on page 5 which ends at the top of page 6, the second sentence of the paragraph is changed to read as follows:

“Having examined the entire record, —including, of course, the sealed transcript of the Marsden hearing and all other sealed documents as well as appellant’s written response to the Wende brief—we conclude that denial of appellant’s motion was proper.”

There is no change in judgment.

Appellant’s petition for rehearing is hereby denied.
