ORDER DENYING REHEARING ORDER MODIFYING OPINION

HUFFMAN, Acting P. J.

THE COURT:

The petition for rehearing is denied. The opinion is ordered modified as following:

The first full sentence of page three that reads as follows is removed:

"All of the mailed boxes were packaged alike and had been mailed to addresses in Rochester, New York."

That sentence is replaced with the following two sentences:

"All of the mailed boxes were packaged alike. Most of the boxes had been mailed to addresses in Rochester, New York, but the ones deposited at the Poway post office were addressed to an Evanston, Illinois address."

There is no change in the judgment.
