Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, rendered August 12, 2019,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted.

Memorandum: The notice of appeal filed on May 15, 2019 from the judgment of conviction rendered on May 10, 2019 shall be amended to include the resentence rendered on August 12, 2019, and is deemed timely filed and served.
