The People of the State of New York, Appellant, v. Patrick Williams, Defendant-Respondent.


An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about August 7, 2018, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendant-respondent having moved for an order unsealing and providing to appellate counsel the grand jury minutes and relevant video exhibits described in the moving papers and referenced in appellant's brief, with respect to the appeal,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of unsealing, and providing to appellate counsel the grand jury minutes and video exhibits described in the moving papers and referenced in appellant's brief. Sua Sponte the appeal is adjourned to the June 2019 Term.
