DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal taken from revocation of probation, to consolidate appeals, for permission to proceed on said appeal as a poor person and for assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect said appeal is granted and the appeal is deemed timely perfected, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel is granted and, pursuant to County Law section 722, Kelly L. Egan, Esq., is assigned to represent appellant upon the appeal taken from the revocation of probation.
