Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Isiah Williams sworn to December 8, 2014 and December 24, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Isiah Williams dated January 5, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied.
