On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 2, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 29, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "February 29, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "February 29, 2012."
