Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fourth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Williams, case No. 4–12–0211, 2012 WL 6863466 (12/17/12). The Appellate Court is directed to treat the defendant's 2006 post-conviction petition as an original post-conviction petition and address the merits of the petition.
