2009 N.Y. Slip Op. 50163 (N.Y. App. Term 2009)

Opinion

2007-235 K CR.

Decided January 30, 2009.

Appeal from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County (William E. Garnett, J.), rendered April 10, 2006. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of endangering the welfare of a child.

Judgment of conviction affirmed.

PRESENT: WESTON PATTERSON, J.P., GOLIA and STEINHARDT, JJ.

We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted ( see Anders v California, 386 US 738; People v Paige, 54 AD2d 631).

Weston Patterson, J.P., Golia and Steinhardt, JJ., concur.
