The PEOPLE of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Sherrell WILLIAMS, Defendant–Appellant. (Appeal No. 2.).
Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Richard A. Keenan, J.), rendered September 15, 2008.
