Appeal by defendant: (a) from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered October 2, 1959, convicting him of forgery in the second degree and petit larceny, after a jury trial, and sentencing him, as a fourth felony offender, to serve a term of 15 years to life; and (b) from every intermediate order made in the action. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. No separate appeal lies from the intermediate orders; which have been reviewed on the appeal from the judgment of conviction. Nolan, P.J., Ughetta, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
