Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 29, 1974, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed (see People v Crimmins, 36 N.Y.2d 230; see, also, People v Springle, 49 A.D.2d 929). Martuscello, J.P., Latham, Shapiro and O'Connor, JJ., concur.
