ORDER
Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to extend time to order the transcript is GRANTED TO THE EXTENT the time for filing the appellant's brief is extended to September 18, 2024. In addition, a transcript order, stenographer's certificate, or notice of filing transcript for the remainder of the March 30, 2023 trial transcript received before September 18, 2024, will be regarded as reflecting the transcript was timely ordered.
