ORDER

By order of October 3, 2023, the application for leave to appeal the April 20, 2023 judgment of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Montez (Docket No. 164243). On order of the Court, leave to appeal having been denied in Montez on March 8, 2024, 513 Mich. 1028 (2024), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
