ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to correct the previously-filed motion for an order to show cause why the reporter should not be held in contempt is GRANTED TO THE EXTENT that the previously-granted extension of time to file the transcript applies to the transcript of the June 28, 2021 hearing date. If the transcript is not filed by May 9, 2023, and appellant's counsel fails to move for a further extension of time to file the transcripts, this cause shall be remanded to the trial court for the appointment of substitute counsel, current counsel having failed to ensure the timely filing of the transcripts. Further, costs in the amount of $250 may be assessed against appointed counsel.
