ORDER

The motion for reconsideration is DENIED.

The June 9, 2022 opinion is hereby AMENDED to correct a clerical error on page 2, first paragraph, first sentence. The opinion incorrectly stated "The trial court originally sentenced defendant as a third-offense habitual offender to consecutive terms of 35 to 50 years' imprisonment for CSC-I and 10 to 50 years' imprisonment for CSC-II".

The June 9, 2022 opinion is AMENDED to state "The trial court originally sentenced defendant as a third-offense habitual offender to consecutive terms of 25 to 50 years' imprisonment for CSC-I and 10 to 50 years' imprisonment for CSC-II".

In all other respects, the June 9, 2022 opinion remains unchanged.
