Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Dec 9, 1996
234 A.D.2d 386 (N.Y. App. Div. 1996)

Opinion

December 9, 1996.

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Cowhey, J.), rendered September 20, 1994, convicting him of robbery in the third degree, burglary in the third degree, and grand larceny in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Before: Rosenblatt, J.P., Thompson, Santucci and Altman, JJ.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

We have reviewed the record and agree with the defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted ( see, Anders v California, 386 US 738; People v Paige, 54 AD2d 631; cf., People v Gonzalez, 47 NY2d 606).
