DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that this appeal from three judgments of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered December 12, 2013, is dismissed.

By order dated June 29, 2016 (People v Wilfred [Ronald], 52 Misc.3d 136[A], 2016 NY Slip Op 51049[U] [App Term, 2d Dept, 2d, 11th & 13th Jud Dists 2016]), the matter was remitted to the Criminal Court to hear and determine whether defendant should be afforded youthful offender treatment, and the appeal was held in abeyance in the interim. As defendant has now been adjudicated a youthful offender, the appeal must be dismissed.
