The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Erin Wicomb, Defendant-Appellant.


An appeal having been taken to this Court from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about March 21, 2019,And an order of a Justice of this Court having been entered on March 28, 2019, granting defendant a stay of execution of judgment and setting bail, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, on condition the appeal be perfected "within 100 days of the order", And defendant-appellant having moved for an order extending the stay of execution of judgment, and bail pending appeal, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal to the December 2019 Term,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the December 2019 Term, and the stay of execution of judgment previously granted is continued upon the original terms and conditions, and upon further condition the appeal be perfected for the December 2019 Term.
