People of Michigan v. Paul Edward White

LC No. 14-004293-FC; 14-004922-FC; 14-006221-FH

Jane E. Markey Presiding Judge Mark T. Boonstra Christopher P. Yates Judges.

ORDER

Jane E. Markey Presiding Judge.

The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to establish that the trial court erred in denying the motion for relief from judgment. The trial court found the testimony of defendant's trial-court counsel credible, and we have no basis to overrule that credibility finding, People v Roberts, 292 Mich.App. 492, 503-504; 808 N.W.2d 290 (2011), which dictates the outcome of defendant's request for relief.
