Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the notice of appeal is deemed timely on the condition that Nicholas A. Passalacqua, Esq. serve it on the Oneida County District Attorney on or before June 24, 2021.
