DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered January 30, 2015. Motion by the respondent, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 14, 2021, which determined the appellant's prior motion to waive certification of the appellant's appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
