DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time to file and serve said brief is extended to July 10, 2017. It is noted that no further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted absent an unanticipated excuse for the delay. In the event appellant's pro se supplemental brief is not filed by that date, permission to file the same is withdrawn.
