Respondent having moved to dismiss the appeal taken from a judgment of the Chautauqua County Court, rendered January 27, 2014, on the ground that appellant has failed to perfect timely the appeal,

Thompson, Esq. dated March 3, 2015, and the affirmation of Andrew M. Molitor, Esq. dated March 12, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed without further order unless the appeal is perfected on or before June 22, 2015.
