An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about May 2, 2017, And defendant-appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, and upon reinstatement, for an enlargement of time to perfect same, Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of withdrawal of motion from counsel for defendant-appellant, dated September 10, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid affirmation.
