Christopher M. Murray, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to extend time to file appellant's brief to October 15, 2021, is DENIED as MOOT, the brief having not been filed by that date. The Clerk of the Court shall place this case on the involuntary dismissal docket without further notice to the parties if the appellant's brief is not filed within 21 days of the Clerk's certification of this order.
