Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Carl Stuart West (Attorney Registration No. 23435) from the practice of law for a period of thirty days, effective August 4, 2009. Following the criminal sentencing of his client, Respondent failed to properly account for and safeguard funds given to him by his client. Respondent's misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.15(a) and 1.15(b).
