ORDER

By order of September 30, 2024, this case was held in abeyance for People v Bouie (Docket No. 166232), People v Czarnecki (Docket No. 166654), and People v Poole (Docket No. 166813). On the Court's own motion, we VACATE that part of our September 30, 2024 order abeying this case for People v Bouie, and it appearing to this Court that the case of People v Taylor (Docket No. 166428) is pending on appeal before this Court and the decision in that case may resolve an issue raised in the present application for leave to appeal, we ORDER that the application be held in abeyance pending the decisions in Czarnecki, Poole, and Taylor.

The motions for remand and for appointment of counsel remain pending.
