PEOPLE State of Illinois, respondent, v. Burt D. WENZEL, petitioner.


Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fifth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Wenzel, 2012 IL App (5th) 110012–U. The appellate court is directed to reverse the trial court's order denying defendant's motion to reconsider sentence and to remand the cause for the filing of a new post plea motion if defendant so wishes, a new hearing on the post plea motion and full compliance with the requirements of Rule 604(d).
