Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New York County (Evelyn Laporte, J.), rendered December 31, 2007, convicting him, upon a plea of guilty, of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and imposing sentence.

Judgment of conviction (Evelyn Laporte, J.), rendered December 31, 2007, affirmed.

PRESENT: McKeon, P.J., Shulman, Hunter, Jr., JJ.


Application by appellate counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted ( see Anders v California, 386 US 738; People v Saunders, 52 AD2d 833). We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous points that could be raised on this appeal.
