Appeal from a judgment of the Cattaraugus County Court (Larry M. Himelein, J.), rendered September 13, 2010. The judgment revoked defendant's sentence of probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.James L. Dowsey, III, Ellicottville (Keliann M. Elniski of Counsel), for defendant-appellant.
