The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Michael Webb, Defendant-Appellant.


An order of this Court having been entered on March 21, 2017 (M-792), granting defendant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about August 22, 2016, and assigning counsel therefor, And defendant-appellant having moved for an order compelling respondent to disclose all grand jury minutes with respect to the murder of Jose Andujar, for an enlargement of the record on appeal to include said minutes, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the December 2019 Term. Respondent is directed to provide copies of all minutes in which the prosecution is instructing the grand jury on the law, and any such grand jury minutes to be added to the appellate record shall be submitted under seal.
