In addition to the issue raised in the application and supporting brief, defendant is directed to fully brief his argument that the matter should be remanded for an evidentiary hearing regarding the performance of his trial counsel under People v Ginther, 390 Mich. 436; 212 N.W.2d 922 (1973). MCR 7.205(E)(4).
