Respondent's “Motion[s] to Unseal Records,” filed on August 21, 2018, August 29, 2018, and September 26, 2018, are construed as applications requesting copies of the documents at issue pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 8.47(b)(2)(B). Appellant's lack of opposition to the motions to unseal is construed as appellant's having not timely served and filed opposition to the applications for copies.
