The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Joseph Watson, Defendant-Appellant.
Defendant-appellant having moved for a further enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about October 27, 2004, and for poor person relief, (M-5062),And respondent having cross-moved for an order dismissing the aforesaid appeal (M-5323), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered defendant-appellant's motion for further enlargement is denied (M-5062) and, respondent's cross motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed (M-5323). Defendant-appellant is directed to return all materials furnished to him immediately.
