People v. Washington

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Dec 13, 1993
199 A.D.2d 353 (N.Y. App. Div. 1993)

Opinion

December 13, 1993

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Leis, J.).

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

We have examined the record and find that the defendant's plea of guilty was knowingly and voluntarily entered. Appellate review of the remaining issue raised by the defendant was effectively waived by him as part of his plea bargain. Accordingly, the judgment of conviction is affirmed (see, People v Callahan, 80 N.Y.2d 273; People v Seaberg, 74 N.Y.2d 1). Thompson, J.P., Sullivan, Miller, Ritter and Santucci, JJ., concur.
