ORDER

The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.

The motion to amend the application is GRANTED.

To the extent defendant seeks delayed leave to appeal the February 10, 2022 order of the Wayne Circuit Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented. To the extent defendant seeks leave to appeal orders entered in April 2004 by the Oakland Circuit Court in Case No. 2003-190459-FH, as indicated in the amended application, the application is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction, as the application was not timely filed. MCR 7.205(G).

The "motion to set aside judgment . . ." is DENIED.

The "motion to amend the spelling of defendant's name . . ." is DENIED. The use of all capital letters to spell defendant's name does not denote that he is viewed as property.

The "motion to correct the trial court's defective order . . ." is DENIED.
