Application by the appellant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated July 18, 2006 ( see People v Warmus, 31 AD3d 676), affirming a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered June 26, 1992.

The appellant has failed to establish that she was denied the effective assistance of appellate counsel ( see Jones v Barnes, 463 US 745; People v Stultz, 2 NY3d 277).
