The People of the State of New York ex rel. Max DiFabio, on behalf of Selvaggia Pizzetti, Petitioner-Appellant, Index No. 101727/16 v. Warden of the New York City Correctional Institution (RMSC) for Women at Rikers Island Respondent-Respondent.
An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 10, 2016, And, petitioner-appellant having moved for bail reduction pending the determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the interim relief granted by an order of a Justice of this Court, dated November 18, 2016, on the same terms and conditions except, deleting the condition that family members surrender their passports, and on the additional condition that petitioner perfects the appeal on or before March 20, 2017 for the June 2017 Term.
