An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about February 28, 2019, And defendant-appellant having moved, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of said appeal, and upon reinstatement, for an extension of time to perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the time to perfect said appeal is extended to the September 2020 Term. That branch of the motion which seeks reinstatement of the appeal is denied as unnecessary, as the appeal was not dismissed (see, 22 NYCRR 1250.10[b]).
