Appellant having moved to consolidate appeals taken from the judgments of Monroe County Court, rendered May 15, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Drew R. DuBrin, Esq. dated December 13, 2016, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered May 15, 2014 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
