PEOPLE OF MICHIGAN v. TONY DARRELL WALKER

LC No. 2017-002910-FC.

Michelle M. Rick, Presiding Judge, Jane E. Markey, Randy J. Wallace, Judges.

ORDER

The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.

To the extent that defendant applies for leave to appeal the June 16, 2023 order, his delayed application is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because appellant failed to file the application within the time period required by MCR 7.205(A)(4).

In all other respects, the delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to establish that the trial court erred in denying the successive motion for relief from judgment. MCR 6.502(G).
