Order
On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the August 17, 2023 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered. We DIRECT the plaintiff-appellee to answer the application for leave to ap- peal within 28 days after the date of this order. In particular, the plaintiff-appellee shall address Issue IV in the defendant’s application concerning the admissibility of the victim’s in-court identification of the defendant.
The application for leave to appeal remains pending.
